Qingling Community is one of the 11 key villages for rural revitalization in Zhongxian County. He Xiongying, an employee of Chongqing Airport Group, which is a member of the Municipal Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision Assistance Group, is appointed as the first secretary of Qingling Community in the village. After He Xiongying came to the community, he led the village team and the community cadres to visit the house to understand the urgent needs of the villagers. Villagers have said that rural roads and courtyards are dark at night, and it is very inconvenient for the elderly to travel. They hope to install solar street lamps.
The village team exchanged the villagers' demands with the community and believed that Qingling Community, as a model village for rural revitalization and a key supporting village, was necessary to install street lights to facilitate villagers' travel. As the community development has just started, the collective economic income is not high, and the community is unable to bear the project funds. The community hopes that Chongqing Airport Group will provide financial support for the Qingling Community Road and Courtyard Lighting Project. As the first secretary in the village, He Xiongying, with the expectation of the villagers, actively reported to the leaders of Chongqing Airport Group and relevant departments, explaining the necessity and importance of installing solar street lamps, and seeking the financial support of the unit. Chongqing Airport Group agreed to invest 400000 yuan to support the project construction in order to help the rural revitalization and do practical things for the people.
